
Jinneng Electric Power Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd.'s two types of 440V / 525V cylindrical power capacitors have fully passed all routine tests and type tests to high standards in strict accordance with international standard IEC 60831-1 & 60831-2.
All tests were carried out entirely by Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. Official authoritative certificates and full test reports are issued by TÜV Rheinland.
IEC60831-1 Routine Tests: Capacitance & output calculation, tangent loss angle (tanδ) measurement, voltage test between terminals, voltage test between terminals and container, internal discharge device test, sealing test, etc.
IEC60831-2 Type Tests: Thermal stability test, tanδ measurement at elevated temperature, lightning impulse voltage test, discharge test, ageing test, self-healing test, destruction test, etc.
✅ Passed Extreme 1500h Long-term Ageing Test in One Time: Completed the full severe ageing sequence: 1.25× rated voltage for 750h + 1000 charge-discharge cycles + another 750h at 1.25× rated voltage, total 1500 hours continuous operation with zero abnormality.
✅ Excellent Low Temperature Rise & Ultra-low Loss: Measured dissipation factor (tanδ) ≤ 0.0012, with extremely low temperature rise under long-term operation. Tangent loss (tanδ) is far below IEC standard limit, delivering outstanding energy efficiency and long-term reliability.
✅ Insulation & Impact Resistance Beyond IEC: As Indoor capacitor withstands 6/15kV insulation level. Both power frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse voltage test results exceed IEC standard requirements, with excellent overvoltage and lightning surge protection.
✅ All Models Fully Qualified: All products passed 100% of type and routine tests. With stable consistent quality, they are ideal for long-term reliable operation in global photovoltaic projects, industrial power distribution and power grid systems.
