QUALITY CONTROL

Routine Test Area
Basic Function and Performance Verification. Ensure that the product operates as designed under normal conditions.

EMC Test Area
Electromagnetic Compatibility Verification. Ensure that the product does not interfere with others and is not interfered with by others.

Aging Test Area
Long-term Operation and Reliability Screening. Through accelerated aging, detect early defects.

Environmental Test Area
Climate and Mechanical Adaptability Testing. Verify the product's tolerance in harsh environments.

The 300kV high-voltage test hall serves as the core and collaborates deeply with the four major test areas:
• Collaborates with the conventional area: Achieve full-chain verification of the product from low-voltage control logic to high-voltage main circuit insulation.
• Collaborates with the environmental area: Conduct "combined environmental tests" to examine the impact of extreme conditions such as high and low temperatures, and humidity on the insulation performance of the product.
• Collaborates with the EMC area: Comprehensive assessment of the EMC characteristics of the equipment as an interference source, as well as the tolerance of the insulation system to internal switch overvoltage.
• Collaborates with the aging area: Conduct electrical aging life tests to evaluate the long-term operation life and insulation material durability of the product through accelerated stress.
