XGN-12 SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear

XGN-12 environmentally friendly gas insulated switchgear is a new generation of switch products independently developed by Jinneng. Its internal use of micro-positive pressure dry N₂ gas as insulation medium,instead SF₆ gas.

 

● Insulation Medium: Dry Air or Nitrogen, with GWP≈1 (SF₆ GWP=23500), zero greenhouse effect, non-toxic and non-flammable.

● Core Structure: We put all high-voltage live parts (busbars, vacuum circuit breakers/load switches, three-position switches, transformers) in a stainless steel gas tank filled with slight positive pressure (approx. 0.02–0.05 MPa) environmentally friendly gas.

● Arc Extinguishing Method: Adopts vacuum interruption with separated insulation and arc-quenching functions, ensuring stable performance and long service life.

● Protection Degree: IP67 for the gas tank, IP54/IP65 for the whole cabinet, fully dustproof, moisture-proof, anti-condensation, anti-corrosion and protected against small animals.

1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, the 24-hour average does not exceed 35 ℃, and the minimum air temperature does not exceed 40°C

3. Humidity Relative humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%; Water vapor pressure: the daily average is not more than 2.2Kpa, the monthly average is not more than 1.8Kpa

5. Special conditions of use: When the switch cabinet is not normal use conditions, the user should negotiate with the manufacturer
