The 51st Annual National Convention and 3E EXPO 2026 is hosted by the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE). As the largest and most professional power and energy industry event in the Philippines, it boasts a history of more than 50 years. The organizer, IIEE, is a non-profit professional technical institution accredited by the Philippine government, with over 69,000 industry members and strong influence in local power engineering and new energy sectors. The previous edition gathered more than 300 exhibitors from multiple countries and attracted over 30,000 professional visitors for on-site visits and procurement. It serves as a vital commercial platform for Chinese power and energy enterprises to explore the markets of the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

According to the national energy plan, the country targets to raise the share of renewable energy in its power mix to 35% by 2030 and 50% by 2040.
