Holiday Notice for National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival 2025**

To: All Employees

With the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival approaching in 2025, the company has determined the holiday schedule after considering official guidelines and our operational needs. The arrangement is as follows:

1. Holiday Schedule:

Days Off: Wednesday, October 1st to Friday, October 3rd, and Monday, October 6th, 2025. (Total: 4 days)
Working Days: Saturday, October 4th, and Sunday, October 5th, 2025, are designated as regular working days.

2. Important Instructions:

1. Production-related departments (including Workshop, Warehouse, and Quality Inspection) that require a different schedule due to specific production plans must have their managers submit the adjusted work plan to the Administration Department for prior review and approval.
2. All department heads are requested to organize their work accordingly and ensure a comprehensive safety check (fire hazards, security, etc.) is conducted in their areas before the holiday.
3. All employees are advised to keep communication channels available during the holiday and are reminded to prioritize personal and property safety.
