10kV European T-type Front Plug

This 10kV European T-type Front Plug belongs to the European 630A plug series. It is suitable for serving as the terminal of cross-linked polyethylene XLPE power cables in ring network units (RMUs), providing a fully insulated and sealed connection from the power cable to the switch cabinet or cable distribution box. It is connected to the switch cabinet's sleeve, the cable distribution box's conduit sleeve, and the bidirectional sleeve through bolts.
During operation, the front plug is fixed to the sleeve socket of the switch cabinet by bolts. Its tail end can be sealed with an insulating plug or extended to connect the rear plug cable connector or the rear plug lightning arrester.

This product complies with the design requirements of the C-type sleeve specified in EN 50180-50181.

 

 

• Using imported tri-bonded ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, it not only has excellent electrical properties, but also is resistant to tearing, ozone, oxidation, corrosion, and has high mechanical strength.
• The advanced three-layer injection process effectively ensures the interface performance, avoids inter-layer gaps, and minimizes local discharge to the greatest extent.
• The inner and outer screens of the shielded plug design optimize the electric field structure; the uniform outer shield layer, with a grounding resistance of less than 5000Ω, effectively keeps the outer surface of the cable head at zero potential, ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel.
• It has good thermal stability and thermodynamic properties; excellent sealing performance enables it to operate underwater.
