Different from"plug-and-play", our product seamlessly integrates a high-quality power capacitor, an intelligent microprocessor controller, and a zero-crossing switching module into a single, compact unit.You don not need centralized controller or complicated parameter configurations any more.Each unit operates independently,yet they can communicate via RS485 and also can build a smart network of up to 32 units automatically.If one unit fails, it won't affect others' work,and it will make sure the whole system work reliable and security.

Q: Do I need to buy a separate central controller for this system?

A: Absolutely not. Each unit has its own brain. While they can operate independently, when installed together,they network with each other automatically. It will save money to buy on central controllers and also eliminate the risk of a single point failure.

Q: My factory has frequent load fluctuations. Will this system keep up?

A: Yes. Defferent from traditional mechanical contactors which is too slow and wear out quickly under frequent switching. Our Intelligent Integrated Power Capacitor uses solid-state zero-crossing switching, which responds in milliseconds and handles frequent operations effortlessly without generating heat or noise.

Q: What happens if one of the units breaks down during operation?

A: Your system won't crash. We use a decentralized network architecture, a failed unit will automatically isolate from the group. The remaining units will continue to compensate normally, and the system will automatically adjust the output to maintain the target power factor.

Q: Is this system difficult to install for my local electricians?

A: Not at all. Without the need for complex secondary wiring or parameter programming, your electricians only to mount the units, connect the main power and communication lines, and power it on. The system does the rest automatically.
