The Medium-Voltage APG Epoxy sleeve is an insulating component manufactured using the Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) process, widely applied in medium-voltage power equipment ranging from 3.6kV to 40.5kV.
It serves as a critical component in modern power transmission and distribution systems, guiding conductors through grounded barriers (such as transformer tank walls or switchgear partitions) while providing reliable insulation and mechanical support.
Product Features:
1. The product adopts epoxy resin material high insulation performance,better stability.
2. Bushing series is used for insulation and connection transition of completes with rated voltage of 12KV, 35KV and below.
3. Epoxy resin vacuum casting, the APG epoxy resin pressure gelatin, the liquid silicon gel formation, we always supplies the best quality products
4. It can be detected by X-ray device,thermal Cycle Test Machine.
5 It provides different specifications based on cusromer's requirement.
Working conditions:
1.Installation is to be carried out indoors.
2.Altitude: ≤ 1000 meters.
3.Ambient temperature: ranging from +40°C to 5°C.
4.The relative humidity should not exceed 85% at an ambient temperature of +20°C.
5.There is no gas, vapor or dust that may severely affect the insulation of the contact box, and no explosive or corrosive substances.
