Design phase: According to customer needs and technical specifications, design the electrical primary system diagram and secondary schematic diagram, determine the selection and arrangement layout of components.
Material procurement and inspection: Purchase switch cabinets, circuit breakers, relays, cables and other electrical components that meet the design requirements, and conduct strict warehousing inspection.
Component assembly: Assemble components according to the drawings, including busbar installation, switch device fixing, secondary wiring, etc., to ensure that the positions of each component are correct and the connections are firm.
System integration: Carry out electrical connection and debugging between components in the cabinet, including primary line connection, secondary control circuit wiring, insulation test and power-on test.
Overall debugging: Carry out comprehensive functional testing and performance verification of the complete set of equipment, including protection action test under simulated operation state, remote control and telemetry signal verification, etc.
Packaging and delivery: After the equipment is debugged correctly, it is protected and packaged as a whole, with relevant technical information and certificates attached, ready to be shipped to the site for installation.
Post-sales service: Provide on-site installation guidance and after-sales technical support services to ensure that the electrical equipment is put into use smoothly and operates stably for a long time
