Key processes of reactors-foil winding-welding-vacuum varnish:

• Foil winding: Through the foil winding machine, the aluminum foil/copper foil and insulating paper are alternately wound to the specified number of turns. The edges of each layer of copper foil/aluminum foil and insulating paper should be aligned. During the winding process, it is necessary to check and adjust the position in time
• Welding of the starting copper bar and the ending copper bar: Use argon arc welding to weld the starting header and the ending header onto the copper foil/aluminum foil. The edge of the aluminum foil/copper foil should be flush with the edge of the starting header/ending header, and there should be no false welding
• Vacuum varnish: The key technical point lies in first evacuating the varnish equipment,  then, the products are placed in the equipment for varnish. After varnish, then put into the oven for baking to allow the insulating paint to cure, the insulating varnish must not have problems such as peeling off or not being covered
