The key processes of power capacitors

The key processes of power capacitors are slitting and winding, metal spraying and vacuum vinyl filling:

• slitting and winding: The metallized film is cut into small rolls of the required size by the slitting machine and the winding machine, and then the small rolls of metallized film are rolled into components of the required capacity. During the slitting and winding process, the metallized film must not be scratched, and the misedge should be within 1.5mm.
• Metal spraying: The zinc wire is melted into zinc powder by the gold spraying machine and sprayed onto the end face of the component to form a metal spraying layer. It is necessary to ensure that the zinc coating thickness, with uniform zinc powder distribution and no scorching of the metallized film.
• Vacuum potting: The entire machine package is heated and vacuumed through the heat setting vacuum system to ensure the components are dry, and then potting is done inside the product through a vacuum potting tank, the interior of the product is filled with vinyl through a vacuum glue storage tank, and the amount of vinyl filled should be controlled according to requirement.
