The temperature rise range of harmonic reactors can vary depending on the model, specification, working environment, and operating conditions. Generally speaking, the allowable temperature rise range for reactors is typically between 85°C and 110°C. The specific temperature limit may differ for different parts of the reactor.

 

However, generally speaking, the typical operating temperature range for common harmonic reactors is approximately as follows:

Standard temperature range: The operating temperature range of most harmonic reactors is between -25°C and +55°C. This temperature range is suitable for most conventional industrial environments.

High-temperature requirements: Some specially designed harmonic reactors (such as those for use in high-temperature environments or for specific applications) may have a wider temperature range and can even operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C or higher. These are typically used in high-temperature or harsh environments, such as certain chemical plants, the oil and gas industry, etc.

Storage temperature range: The temperature range for storing the reactor is usually wider than the operating temperature range, typically ranging from -40°C to +85°C.

It should be noted that operating the transformer at excessively high or low temperatures may affect its performance and service life. Therefore, when selecting a transformer, it is necessary to ensure that it can adapt to the temperature conditions of the actual working environment. If the temperature is too high, the transformer may be damaged due to overheating; if the temperature is too low, the insulation materials of the transformer may become brittle, resulting in a decline in insulation performance.
