- Product Introduction
LV intelligent capacitor harmonic suppression type belong to a new generation of reactive power compensation equipment. These smart capacitors can be used as individual compensators or as part of a centralized capacitor bank, formed by two or more capacitors connected in parallel.
Compared to traditional capacitors, these intelligent capacitors offer additional protective features, including overvoltage, overtemperature, and undervoltage protection. Each intelligent capacitor comes with a built-in microprocessor, which automatically performs power-factor correction and controls the zero-crossing switch.
In addition, the harmonic suppression type can provide the extra capability of suppressing harmonics and preventing related damage,serials with a filtering reactor.

Working Process
1.The intelligent component collects the three-phase voltage signals Ua, Ub, Uc and current signals of the system through transformers, and calculates the current power factor and reactive power demand.
2.When compensation is required, the intelligent component sends a command to the zero-crossing switch, which connects the corresponding number of capacitor banks to the grid at the voltage zero-crossing point.
3.The micro current transformers monitor the current of the capacitor branches in real time and feed back the status to the intelligent component for protection and logical judgment.
4.The series reactors suppress harmonics and inrush currents, protecting the capacitors and switching devices.
5.The display screen shows real-time operating data, and the plug-in interface is used for debugging and maintenance.
