Jinneng electric Anti-harmonic smart Capacitor is a new generation of efficient and energy-saving reactive compensation device applied in 0.4 KV low-voltage distribution network for suppressing the harmonic and improving the power factor, replacing the traditional reactive compensation device. Our Anti-harmonic smart Capacitor are composed of intelligent reactive compensation controller, fuse, switch, filter reactor, power capacitor and other parts.

 

● The intelligent reactive compensation controller can realize human interface,real-time monitor system operation status and fast precise reactions.

● Built-in reactors effectively suppresses higher-order harmonics and inrush currents

● Split phase and group compensation,mainly 7% and 14% reactance.

● Can automatically detect and track changes in the system's reactive power, automatically switching capacitor banks

 

 

Note:

Products with a 7% reactor rate are mainly used in occasions with high 5th and above harmonic content

Products with a 14% reactor rate are mainly used in occasions with high 3rd and above harmonic content

Current sampling for the various capacitor parameters uses miniature transformers with dual-port alloy cores.

● Fast-Acting Circuit Breaker
It trips within 100ms at 10 times the rated current.

Harmonic Suppression Function	Effectively suppresses higher-order harmonics and inrush currents
Zero-Crossing Switching Function	paired with a dedicated controller, it offers fast response times, enables dynamic tracking, and ensures accurate switching at zero voltage/current cross points.
Phase-Segregated Compensation Function	capacitors in each phase can be switched independently,providing effective compensation for three-phase reactive power imbalance.
Measurement Function	voltage, current, reactive power, and power factor; performs automatic measurement and correction of CT phase and ratio; measures the three-phase currents and internal temperature of each capacitor unit.
Protection Function	overcurrent,overvoltage and undervoltage protection; capacitor overtemperature, phase loss, and three-phase imbalance protection.temperature exceeds 65°C, the entire capacitor unit exits operation for protection
Intelligent Network Control	Uses an RS-485 communication link between the capacitor and the controller,realize interface control,real-time monitor.
Fault Self-Diagnosis Function	The capacitor's intelligent control component can self-diagnose the operating parameters of each phase. If a self-check fault is detected, the entire unit responds quickly and exits operation
