Installation Steps
Tools:Cable stripper, knife, cleaning solvent, grounding wire.
No heat gun needed (cold shrink technology).
1. Strip Cable:remove outer sheath, semiconductor layer, and insulation to specified lengths.
2. Prepare Conductor:clean conductor with solvent; smooth any sharp edges.
3. Slide On Sleeve:position the cold shrink sleeve over the cable (ensure correct phase alignment).
4. Remove Core & Shrink:pull the plastic spiral core → sleeve contracts tightly onto the cable.
5. Grounding:attach grounding braid to cable shield and secure.
