TUV certified Reactive Power Compensation capacitor rate voltage is 440V and 525V, 50Hz,3-Phase,delta connection. The capacitor & foil-wound reactor unit improves system power factor from 0.60~0.85 up to 0.92~0.98, complying with IEC regulations.The products were tested in accordance with the IEC 60831-1&2:2014 standard. TÜV Rheinland issued the certification and test reports based on the testing conducted at the Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Research Institute, which included both routine and type tests (including aging test).

 

This cylindrical power capacitor from Jinneng is among the top-tier products in the high-end category among Chinese counterparts, with grid-level quality. We have finished extreme accelerated aging test in our lab: The BKMJ525-15-3 sample was pre-aged 72h under 1.4× rated voltage, then another 72h extreme aging at 90℃ ambient with 1.5× rated voltage & 2.1× rated current. Throughout testing, ambient & capacitor temperature kept a steady gap of around 5℃; the capacitor's peak surface temperature stabilized at 99.9℃ without abnormal fluctuation. After total 144 hours of combined aging, capacitance attenuation was merely 0.018% and no any outer damage occurred. (The original test purpose was to observe capacitor failure status under extreme overload.) This fully demonstrates the capacitor's superior design, high-quality material selection, and precise manufacturing craftsmanship.
