Jinneng electric AKSG Variable Frequency Output Electrical Reactor, also known as a motor reactor, inverter output reactor, or dv/dt reactor, is an inductive component connected in series between the output of a frequency converter (or inverter) and the motor. It is a crucial auxiliary device in modern AC drive systems.
The primary functions are to improve the output waveform, protect the motor and equipment, and suppress electromagnetic interference.
Model and meaning:

● AK: AK is alternative current reactor.
● S: S is number of phases, here is three-phase 380V 50HZ reactor.
● G: G is dry self-cooling
● 10A is mean the rated current of the reactor, the capacity range is 5A~1100A
● AKSG series reactor is for the inlet end of the inverter named input reactor, commonly known as the inlet reactor.
● AKSG reactor is divided into copper input reactor and aluminum output reactor.
● AKSG reactor winding method is to wind the input reactor and wind the output reactor respectively.
● AKSG reactor can be divided into conventional reactor and non-standard reactor.

4.Working voltage: core winding 3000VAC/50HZ/5MA/60S no fly arc, no breakdown (factory test humidity <55%)
5.Insulation resistance: core winding 1000VDC≥100MM;

Performance
1 The core column is divided into uniform small pieces through multiple air gaps. The air gap adopts high temperature and high strength bonding adhesive to closely bond each small section of the core column with the upper and lower iron yoke.
