CKSG Low Voltage Capacitor Wire-wound Series Reactor

Jinneng electric CKSG Low Voltage Capacitor Wire-wound Reactor is an inductive device used in electrical circuits to limit current, filter harmonics, and improve system stability.

Its primary function is to form a filter together with capacitors, used to eliminate unwanted harmonic currents from the power grid or the output side of frequency converters, thereby smoothing the waveform to approximate a pure sine wave. It operates in electrical systems with working voltages of 1000V AC and below.

 

 

Connected in series before compensation capacitors,as a tuning reactor or series reactor.

Its main purpose is to prevent the capacitor and grid inductance from forming a parallel resonance at a specific harmonic frequency, thereby avoiding harmonic amplification, while also suppressing the inrush current when switching the capacitors.

 

 

Our low voltage filter reactor is suitable for indoor use with the following environmental conditions:

● Ambient Temperature: -25°C to +45°C.

● Relative Humidity: Preferably no more than 90% at +25°C.

● Installation Site Altitude: not exceed 2000 meters.

● It is essential to install the reactor in an environment free from strong vibrations, corrosive gases, and excessive conductive dust. A clean, dry, and well-ventilated location will help maintain its performance and extend its service life, ensuring the stable operation of the power system.

 

 

● Can be used for capacitor voltage: 0.4KV, 0.45KV, 0.48KV, 0.52KV, 0.68KV, 0.69KV

● Detuned Reactance rate: 7%, 14%

● Insulation class: Class B, Class F, class H, noise < 30dB, overload capacity < 1.35 times of continuous work

● The system voltage in creases after installing a series reactor. The calculation formula is (capacitor bank operating voltage: Ug system rated operating voltage: Un reactor tuning number: n)

● The reactor capacity, capacitance capacity, reactance rate and inductance can be calculate precisely
