10kV Cable Outdoor Termination including 1-core, 2-core, 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core specifications, 3-core type is the most widely used in mainstream power distribution scenarios. Made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), it boasts excellent insulation and mechanical strength, along with flame-retardant properties that effectively slow fire spread and avoid secondary disasters.

Heating Requirement

Heating Requirement Heating tool is recommended to use propane spray gun. When heating, keep an appropriate distance from the material and strictly control the temperature.

The heating temperature for heat shrinkable materials is 120°C to 140°C. Do not heat one area excessively or for too long, as this may damage or burn the material and reduce its performance.

Heat according to the specified starting position and direction shown in the installation procedure. This helps to expel air during shrinking and improve sealing effect.

To ensure tight fitting and strong bonding between the heat shrinkable material and the wrapped surface, preheat the area before installation, then clean it with a cleaning tissue.
